Yala National Park Closed for Annual Break

Parts of the Yala National Park closed for its annual break. The park is expected to closed from 1st September till 15th October.

The time the park closes to the public happens to be the breeding season for leopards, and to allow the flora and fauna a time period of rehabilitation, without any interruption. The reopening day will be announced based on ground conditions.

Safaris to the Lunugmawehera, Bundala and Udawalawe National Parks are alternative experiences. Please contact our travel advisors for further updates. hi@agfortholidays.com or +94771786366
